If you are not satisfied with a drink because it has been made incorrectly or for any other valid reason, it can be remade at no cost upon returning it on THE SAME-DAY with proof of purchase. So please let our lovely baristas know and we will be more than happy to accommodate.
- ALL DRINKS must be in our original cup or bottle to be exchanged or remade.
- ALL DRINKS are NON-REFUNDABLE; REMADE ONLY with proof of purchase.
- REMADE must be made IN PERSON on the SAME DAY of purchase with NO EXCEPTION.
- The original drink must be at least 80% FULL for an EXCHANGE or REMAKE to be considered.
- Drink exchanges can be made for equal or lesser value. Price differences need to be paid at the register if the new drink is more expensive than the original drink. (NO REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE OF LESSER VALUE EXCHANGE)
- PRICE DIFFERNCE MUST BE PAID FOR:
- Missing a drink topping that hasn’t been charged for
- When a drink is exchanged for another drink of greater value
- We are NOT responsible for mishandled / dropped drinks. NO replacement or exchange will be offered.
- ALL MERCHANDISE items (tea bags, straw set, etc.) must be unused, undamaged, non-expired may be returned to the same location the transaction was made for a refund or even exchange with proof of purchase within 7 days.
- ALL FOOD items (baked goods, chips, candies, desserts) are all FINAL SALES; no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
